One of the few candidates selected by Ernst & Young in London, England to be trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Obtained BA (hons) degree in Economics from UK, Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA from England & Wales), Corporate Finance Qualification (CF) from UK, CPA, CA (Canada), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV Canada), Certified and Advanced Certified Islamic Finance (CIFE & ACIFE), ASA Advanced Healthcare Valuation and ASA Intangible Valuation Certification.

Achievement highlights include:

• Set up Deloittes LLP, was the first CEO and Regional Partner (FAS) achieving revenue in excess of $ 5m.
• Recently setup BGD Group Forensic and Valuation lines of service in Canada.
• Strategy for PE/VC Fund and Proprietary Book (Saudi VC, one of the few firms focusing on Small to Medium sized Enterprises in the Gulf).
• First Islamic Aircraft Leasing Co and Sharia compliant MALC Kuwait fund.
• Business Development of some high profile and largest IPO in UAE (DP World, DEPA) and SUKUK (JAFZA, DIFC Investments, Nakheel) listed on NASDAQ Dubai.
• Established Saudi International Bank’s (GIB) deal execution capability with the largest transaction team in Riyadh, KSA. Involved with private placement in excess of $ 350m.
• Founder, MD and CEO of Trimark Capital, an Investment Company and obtained Dubai FSA license (exit investments with ROI of 170%)
